• Experience in test automation preferably using HP/Mercury’s QTP 9.X automation tool
• Experienced in scripting, designing automation frameworks
• Experienced in evaluation of different automation tools, defining the automation
methodology
• Experienced in understanding the manual test cases and defining the criteria for
automation
• Experienced in defining the strategy for automation
• Experienced in defining and maintaining the re-usable automation frameworks and scripts
• Experienced in industry standard automation frameworks like key- word driven, data-driven
and hybrid
• Should have passion to implement automation and derive automation ROI
• Knowledge in performance testing preferable using LoadRunner
• Preference will be given for those who have worked in product testing automation
• Strong Experience of database testing writing the sql queries
• Strong experience Web application testing
• Very Good documentation skills
• Experience of configuration management preferably SVN.
• Knowledge of linux and any programming language preferably perl
• Willing to work in night shifts (rotational) - only for male candidates
