Christmas Plum Cake
Ingredients
Bakery Special Butter: 90gms
Flour : 90gms
Breakfast Sugar : 90gms
Eggs : 2
Black Currants : 50gms
Raisins : 50gms
Orange Peel : 50gms
Ginger Peel: 50gms
Black Jack or Dark Caramel : 20gms
Method
Beat Butter and sugar till it dissolves
Add eggs , beat the mixture till light and fluffy
Mix all the fruits and roll them with flour , to prevent the fruits from settling down at the bottom of the cake
Fold this mixture of fruits and flour with egg mixture
Add black jack or dark caramel colour
Line the cake mould with butter paper and pour the mixture in it
Bake at 200 deg C , to check the cake , put a knife inside , if clean it indicates that the cake is baked.
Dust some icing sugar and decorate with Christmas goodies
